At GoodEarth Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
